Refund Policy

Flowers can be finicky, sometimes weather or atmosphere can cause flowers to fade faster than expected. We will make substitutions on items at times. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with your floral gift, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

All you need to do is notify us within 5 days of the receipt of your order.

Some tips to keep flowers alive longer:

-Recipient's phone number! These days, people lead busy lives and are not always available to receive their flowers. Please do us all a favor and send a good working number of the recipient. It saves the flowers from being in and out of the weather!

-Fill the vase completely to the top with fresh water

-Keep the vase nice and clean

-Do not place flowers near heat, windy or sunny areas.

-Put them in a cool spot

-Every so often, clip the stems so they will soak up water. Some florals will even revive if you add flower food, very hot water, and reclip the ends. Check out some videos on how to revive flowers.
